Kevin Wallace, Certified Cisco Systems Instructor, Author and Educator – Kevin Wallace, CCIEx2 #7945 (R/S and Collaboration), is a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI #20061), and he holds multiple Cisco professional and associate-level certifications in the R/S, Collaboration, Security, Design, and Data Center tracks. With Cisco experience dating back to 1989, Kevin has been a network design specialist for the Walt Disney World Resort and a network manager for Eastern Kentucky University. Currently, Kevin is the owner of Kevin Wallace Training, LLC, where he produces video courses and writes books for Cisco.

She has worked with a wide range range of companies and networks, public and private, of all sizes, across most industries. Ramiro Garza Rios – Ramiro Garza Rios, CCIE No. 15469 (R&S, SP, and Security), is a Senior Network Consulting Engineer with Cisco Advanced Services. His current role consists of planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing next-generation (NGN) service provider networks in the United States. Before joining Cisco, Ramiro was a Network Consulting and Presales Engineer for a Cisco Gold Partner in Mexico, where he was involved in the planning, design, and implementation of many enterprise and service provider.
